Backend Engineer

Support cloud infrastructure for Ticketure platform, enhancing performance and reliability.

• Work across all parts of our cloud infrastructure including CI/CD pipeline and the software stack
• Continuously improve existing solutions and monitor them to detect and prevent miss-use
• Scope, design, implement, deploy, and monitor solutions while making tradeoffs
• Understand and care deeply about security and data protection
• Collaborate with other backend engineers and ensure tech stack integration
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding for B2B clients
• Actively monitor systems and be responsible for alarms and on-call duties
• Provide expertise and contribute to team strategy and roadmap

Platform Engineer (Remote - UK)

Support cloud infrastructure and enhance system performance for ticketing solutions.

• Work across all parts of our cloud infrastructure including our CI/CD pipeline and the lower parts of our software stack as necessary
• Continuously improve our existing solutions and our ability to monitor them, reason about them, report on them and detect and prevent miss-use
• Scope, design, implement, deploy, and monitor solutions in support of our roadmap, making considered tradeoffs between performance, resiliency, engineering effort and cost
• Understand and care deeply about security and data protection; working closely with our VP Security to ensure security best practices are implemented and always followed
• Collaborate with other backend engineers and the wider team to ensure all parts of our technology stack work well together
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding and infrastructure support tasks for our B2B clients
• Actively monitor our systems, and at times be responsible for responding to alarms and being on-call
• Be flexible and willing to identify and focus on those aspects of the role that would most benefit the Ticketure team in achieving its goals
• Provide expertise and contribute to the team’s strategy and roadmap

Platform Engineer (Remote - East Coast US)

Frontend Engineer

Create and improve user interfaces and experiences for ticketing solutions.

• Create new user interfaces, user experiences and product features
• Maintain existing user interfaces (bug fixes, refactor exercises, code optimization)
• Convert Figma designs into functional user interfaces
• Write automated tests (end-to-end and unit/component) to test your deliverables
• Create pull requests for peer review
• Participate in peer review of team member’s code
• Collaborate with back end engineers to design & deliver APIs
• Document and maintain tickets with clear and concise information
• Contribute to technical ceremonies/meetings such as Sprint Grooming, Retrospectives and provide feedback to our Product Team

Senior Front End Engineer (Remote - US)
