Description
• Support the cloud infrastructure of the Ticketure platform • Enhance system performance and reliability • Implement solutions aligned with our roadmap • Contribute to the team’s overall strategy • Work across all parts of our cloud infrastructure including CI/CD pipeline and software stack
Requirements
• Knowledgeable in monitoring, infrastructure as code, automation, high availability, multi-tenancy, web services & APIs • 3 or more years’ experience building, managing, securing, and monitoring cloud infrastructure for a small/medium SaaS company • 3 or more years software development experience (we use Go for our services) • Experience defining infrastructure in code (e.g. AWS CDK, Terraform) • AWS and Elastic Stack (ELK) expertise strongly preferred • Able to understand and reason about complex systems to anticipate problems
