Description
• Shape and execute the product strategy of Nliven and its related offerings • Lead product development collaboratively with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service • Foster continuous improvement in product development processes • Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company vision • Identify opportunities to expand product capabilities • Collaborate with Design to iterate on prototypes and tackle challenges • Create product roadmaps and strategic plans with senior management • Monitor product development progress and adjust timelines as needed • Write and maintain clear product requirements documents • Work directly with clients to understand their challenges and inform product decisions • Manage resources and budgets, delivering quality features
Requirements
• Five or more years of proven experience in product management, with understanding of B2B or B2B2C platforms • Understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices • Technical understanding gained through experience working in product or a related field • Master’s degree is a plus but not required • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines • Possess strong analytical, decision-making, and creative problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate well with other teams • Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills
