Description

• The Senior Product Manager helps shape and execute the product strategy of Nliven • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that bring real value to our clients and their customers • Guide the product lifecycle from concept to launch, focusing on delivering user-centric solutions • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and other teams to drive innovation while ensuring the product evolves to meet business goals and customer needs • Monitor product development progress, making thoughtful adjustments as needed to meet timelines while maintaining a high level of quality • Work directly with clients to deeply understand their challenges, using these insights to inform product decisions and ensure we’re solving the right problems • Advocate for your product in cross-functional meetings, representing team contributions and driving forward initiatives that enhance customer experiences

Requirements

• Five or more years of proven experience in product management • Understanding of B2B or B2B2C platforms • Ideally complemented by experience in consumer-facing products and/or mobile applications • Understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices • Technical understanding gained through experience working in product or a related field • Master’s degree is a plus but not required • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines • Possess strong analytical, decision-making, and creative problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate well with other teams • Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills
