Description

• Define and execute the strategy & roadmap for Cloudera’s streaming data product based on Apache Kafka. • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the global market, particularly focusing on data movement and data integration requirements. • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize features, define requirements, and drive product development. • Work in tandem with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches, adoption, and customer satisfaction. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of Cloudera’s streaming data products

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in enterprise software product management • Experience designing SaaS or PaaS products • Experience working with streaming data tools like Apache Kafka, Apache Pulsar, Apache Flink, AWS MSK, Confluent, Azure Event Hub, Google Pub/Sub, Google Dataflow • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
