• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in rewards programs or loyalty marketing • Strong understanding of user-centric design principles • Excellent analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights • Experience working with CPG brands • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
