📋 Description

• We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to transform complex payment challenges into elegant API and SaaS solutions • You will be dedicated to understanding the needs of developers, merchants, and stakeholders • Ensure every product decision aligns with their goals and enhances their experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is strongly preferred • Minimum of 7 years in a Product Management or Product Owner role • Demonstrated expertise in requirements management, product ideation, and PRD creation • Deep understanding of API technologies and SaaS frameworks • Hands-on experience in designing, launching, and iterating on developer portals and API products • Proficiency with technologies such as REST, GraphQL, JSON, and SOAP • Strong ability to collaborate with engineering teams on technical solutions • Experience in system architecture and evaluating technical trade-offs • Adept at articulating the value and benefits of technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Proficiency in creating PRDs and writing outcome-driven user stories • Experience facilitating backlog refinement and maintaining a well-prioritized product backlog • Ability to serve as the voice of the customer/merchant within a product development scrum team • Strong track record of creating and improving workflows, sprint rituals, and team communication to enhance productivity • Experience working in compliant environments is a plus • Familiarity with standards such as PCI or CCPA is beneficial but not required • Background in the payments industry is advantageous but not mandatory
