📋 Description

• We are looking for a Senior Data Product Manager to join our growing team, where you will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy and developing data products that support our mission of expanding access to mental healthcare. You will lead the charge in using data to improve patient outcomes, streamline operational workflows, and support business growth by ensuring that our data infrastructure and products are aligned with the needs of our patients, clinicians, and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 3 years of experience working on data products or analytics platforms • Proven experience in developing and managing data product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products • A strong understanding of data infrastructure and analytics tools, such as cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift), data orchestration (Airflow, DBT), and data modeling • Advanced SQL and experience with data modeling • Sound understanding of technical concepts (e.g., data pipelines, data engineering, and analytics frameworks), with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams • Ability to think strategically about how data products can drive business value and improve patient care. You should be comfortable balancing long-term vision with short-term execution and managing a portfolio of product initiatives • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling product documentation, presentations, and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences • An insatiable curiosity to learn and grow within the data product management space
