Description

• Researches, develops and works cross functionally to bring new Medicare products and product enhancements to market. • Analysis of market trends, portfolio trends and competitor information. • Provides subject matter expertise on Medicare products to sales, client partners, operational partners as well as existing and potential clients. • Conduct competitive analyses and develop presentations making recommendations for changes to existing and potential clients. • Annual updates of standard Medicare portfolio-designs/codes and socialization through the organization. • Annual development of block of business analysis tracking details of products purchased by our clients. • Participate and be responsible for product components during new business implementations including documentation. • Responsible for annual updates to Medicare Training program in Navigator. • Review and provide feedback to clients on filing information and member materials. • Make Compliance changes that relate to product. • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of work experience in product management with demonstrated progressive levels of responsibility. • Government programs experience (Medicare, Dual Eligibles) highly preferable. • Understanding of CMS requirements specific to Medicare highly preferable. • Health insurance experience highly preferable. • Medical, dental or insurance experience is required. • Proven problem-solving and analytic skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. • Four years of college or equivalent, MBA highly desirable.
