• Our mission: to eliminate every barrier to mental health. • We’re on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing every barrier that prevents people from getting the help they need, when they need it. • We proudly partner with over 450 companies, providing care for 10 million people. • The Member Experience Engineering team builds the web and mobile experiences that Spring Health members use to access care. • We are looking for a Software Engineer II to join our Member Funnel Optimization team. • The role is full time, reports to a technically hands on Engineering Manager, is full remote (or optionally hybrid if you happen to live near Manhattan).

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional development experience • Experience with React • Experience with Ruby on Rails preferred • Bonus points for Typescript experience • Bonus points for GraphQL experience • Bonus points for experience using a design system library • Comfortable working on an agile team and curious about learning new things, experience on larger teams • Comfortable moving fast and working through ambiguity - we are a fast-moving startup and are working on balancing the demands of business growth and platform reliability.
