We will contact you as soon as we need more mentor support in this role. • Mock interviews are all 1 hour video calls. • There are three kinds of mock interviews: • Project Walkthrough and General Technical (60 Min): A mostly technical discussion of a front-end project the candidate has built and a set of technical conceptual questions around front-end software engineering. • Whiteboarding (60 Min): A traditional algorithms and coding interview without a text editor. • Coding Interview (60 Min): A traditional algorithms and coding interview of the sort any software engineering candidate might receive.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as a hiring manager or on an interviewing team a must • Experience building front-end applications. • Experience in React Component Design, API design, and Object Oriented design, as well as general knowledge of front-end web development. • Knowledge of algorithms and data structures, and coding ability, including testing, debugging, and code quality. • Knowledge of the Software Development life cycle. • Experience working in software development with JavaScript and React
