📋 Description
• Drive product retention, consumption, adoption and growth across a global portfolio • Establish and nurture relationships built on trust with new customers • Become day-to-day strategic advisor to customers • Identify areas for product improvement and collaborate with product managers • Provide ongoing training and support to customers
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in managed services or technology consulting • Strong knowledge of Paid Advertising strategies • Familiarity with Advertising platforms like HubSpot, AdRoll, Google Ads, Smartly • Hands-on experience with system configuration and performance optimization • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to understand business challenges and provide actionable recommendations • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver high-quality service • Ability to translate customer business problems into on-platform solutions • Multilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, or others) would be a plus
