Description

• Create design explorations using the design system to develop intuitive interfaces. • Collaborate with designers and leadership to craft smooth, end-to-end user journeys. • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand requirements. • Participate in research activities, including user interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and improve designs. • Help maintain consistency across projects by using and contributing to the design system.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience designing and shipping software products • Familiarity with design systems and user-centered design principles • Experience leading design teams • Passion for crafting user journeys and solving UX challenges • Strong collaboration skills for effective teamwork • Ability to quickly move from concept to high-fidelity designs and iterate based on feedback • Excellent communication skills to express design ideas clearly • Empathy for users and commitment to enhancing user experiences • A portfolio demonstrating experience in software design and UI patterns
