• Seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead our Global Accounts Program. • Focused on driving customer sustainability and retention for our top 100 global accounts. • Establish an evergreen process for long-term success and positive client outcomes. • Strong leadership, strategic thinking and collaboration skills are essential.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in managing large-scale, global programs, especially in customer success or sustainability. • Strong track record of delivering successful strategic initiatives while consistently exceeding customer expectations and retention targets. • Expertise in program and project management, including managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across various stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and key decision-makers, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and provide innovative solutions. • Experience managing rapid change, leading teams to adopt new technologies and process improvements effectively. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, engage, and align teams toward a common goal. • Experience managing concurrent projects across multiple time zones, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. • A deep understanding of the customer journey and the ability to implement omnichannel solutions to enhance the customer experience. • A passion for efficiency, with a proven ability to reduce technical debt while driving results and process improvement.
