β€’ Proven experience in managing large-scale, global programs, especially in customer success or sustainability. β€’ Strong track record of delivering successful strategic initiatives while consistently exceeding customer expectations and retention targets. β€’ Expertise in program and project management, including managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across various stakeholders. β€’ Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and key decision-makers, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and provide innovative solutions. β€’ Experience managing rapid change, leading teams to adopt new technologies and process improvements effectively. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, engage, and align teams toward a common goal. β€’ Experience managing concurrent projects across multiple time zones, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. β€’ A deep understanding of the customer journey and the ability to implement omnichannel solutions to enhance the customer experience. β€’ A passion for efficiency, with a proven ability to reduce technical debt while driving results and process improvement.
