Description

• Oversee the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions • Provide strategic insights to support decision-making and drive business growth • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives • Create insightful financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership and board • Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Chartered Accountant preferred. • ~10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A, preferably within a SaaS or technology company. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Proven experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with Zoho / Quickbooks / SAP / Netsuite is a plus. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
