📋 Description
• Sprinto is a leading platform that automates information security compliance. • The role involves managing employee lifecycle touchpoints across India and the US using a remote-first approach. • Maintain people metrics and dashboards and analyze trends for real-time insights. • Audit and enhance existing people processes for efficiency and compliance with labor laws.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years experience in HR analytics, preferably experience of setting up HR analytics from scratch. • Strong exposure to HRIS, Google Suite and data visualisation tools • Self-driven and highly organised, with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with excellent asynchronous communication skills.
