• Play a key role in driving the company’s growth and expanding the company’s market presence within the Filipino region. • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets. • Develop and manage a portfolio of key client relationships. • Build and maintain a robust development pipeline. • Identify and leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities. • Monitor and analyse market trends and client needs. • Work closely with internal teams to align efforts. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. • Provide regular updates to management on progress and market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 2-4 years of proven business development experience in the forex or financial services industry. • Proven ability to generate revenue and meet or exceed sales targets. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and client feedback to drive business decisions. • Results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets. • Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across departments. • Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis. • Solid experience with MT4/MT5 platform. • Solid experience with CRM software. • Excellent use of Filipino language. • Good use (oral and writing) of English language.
