• The Business Development Manager (Thailand) will play a key role in driving the company’s growth and expanding the company’s market presence within the Thai region by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. • This position requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can execute strategic initiatives, cultivate strong client relationships, and build a sustainable pipeline of high-value clients. • The BDM will be instrumental in expanding the company's market presence, ensuring consistent revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. • Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets and contribute to the company’s strategic growth objectives. • Develop and manage a portfolio of key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and expansion. • Implement the business development strategy by creating and executing tactical plans designed to achieve organizational goals. • Build and maintain a robust development pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of new opportunities aligned with revenue targets. • Identify and leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base to maximize revenue. • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Compliance, to align efforts and ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Complete all required training programs and continuously enhance industry knowledge and skills. • Provide regular, detailed updates to management on progress, pipeline status, client feedback, and market insights to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 2-4 years of proven business development experience in the forex or financial services industry. • Proven ability to generate revenue and meet or exceed sales targets. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and client feedback to drive business decisions. • Results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets. • Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across departments. • Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis. • Solid experience with MT4/MT5 platform. • Solid experience with CRM software. • Excellent use of Thai language. • Good use (oral and writing) of English language.
