• Identify new business opportunities • Initiate business development activities • Develop and manage key client relationships • Manage and execute the business development strategy • Maintain a strong development pipeline according to targets/strategy • Use existing relationships with clients to generate new business • Keep up to date with the financial markets on a daily basis • Follow internal regulations and procedures • Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame • Provide progress feedback to management
• Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role in the FX industry • A university degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related field would be considered an advantage • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals (own portfolio will be considered an advantage) • Excellent communication and networking skills • Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis • Solid experience with MT4/MT5 platform • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office • CySEC Advanced certification will be considered as an advantage • Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business • Excellent use (oral and writing) of English and Thai
