• Our client is growing fast and looking for a Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. • This is a great opportunity for someone who loves hands-on work, problem-solving, and making a real impact in a high-growth environment. • You’ll work closely with the Customer Success & Operations Lead to support and enhance a cutting-edge headless CMS, high-performance hosting platform, and programmatic ads system—all designed to help media companies scale effortlessly. • The Software Engineer will be responsible for contributing to projects that involve headless CMS migrations, frontend and backend development, and performance optimization. • The role requires collaboration across different time zones and the ability to provide strategic insights to help shape the engineering team and its processes.
🎯 Requirements
• 4 to 7 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on web development. • Proficiency in React, WordPress, AWS, and Fastly or similar CDN solutions. • Experience working with high-traffic media sites or large-scale web applications. • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team connections. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Comfortable working PST, CST, or EST hours (LATAM candidates preferred). • Ability to contribute to large projects. • Experience in setting goals, writing test plans, and conducting code reviews. • Ability to gather requirements, negotiate scope, and align with business objectives.
