📋 Description

• Manage multiple NetSuite support and software engagements • Prepare for and run recurring and ad-hoc client meetings • Manage and resolve daily NetSuite support requests • Troubleshoot core NetSuite transactions and existing workflows • Implement simple new functionalities • Assist with compliance and audit questions • Create and modify reports and searches • Execute basic system administration tasks • Document support tickets and related resolutions • Assist clients in preparing for NetSuite upgrades • Provide basic training to clients as needed • Execute implementation of SquareWorks’s software bundles and provide ongoing support

🎯 Requirements

• Impeccable written and oral communication skills • Prioritize customer service and customer satisfaction • Moderate exposure to core NetSuite functionality • At least two years of consulting or business analyst experience • Keen desire to expand understanding of NetSuite and business systems • Sharp analytical skills to solve complex problems with minimal assistance • Ability to handle competing priorities effectively with limited guidance • Strong understanding of general business principles • Minimum of 3 years of business experience required • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and terminology • Familiar with core NetSuite functionality • Formal NetSuite system administration/consulting experience a plus • Familiarity with compliance and audit-related topics a plus • Previous experience deploying pre-packaged software solutions a plus
