🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Systems, Operations, Information Technology, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience managing business applications and operations, with demonstrated leadership in owning company-wide systems. • Strong understanding of Salesforce, NetSuite, and business automation tools; experience implementing new platforms is a plus. • Proven track record of optimizing and scaling business processes through technology. • Experience in cross-functional leadership, working closely with stakeholders to drive operational improvements. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Familiarity with SOC2, GDPR, and HIPPA compliance, risk management, and security best practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
