β€’ The Business Development Representative (BDR) will assist the team in all sales-related functions focused on lead generation, lead nurturing, and lead qualification. β€’ The BDR will need to have a strong understanding of SRG, SRG's value proposition, its competitors, and its services. β€’ The BDR will work with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and support various initiatives. β€’ This role requires a high level of independent work, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory) β€’ Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is a plus β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal β€’ Ability to understand hard concepts and pair them down into easy-to-understand concepts β€’ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals β€’ Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment remotely β€’ Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools - specifically Salesforce β€’ Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment β€’ Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges β€’ Self-motivated and proactive approach to lead generation and relationship-building β€’ Proven experience in event planning and coordination and/or content creation and management, preferably in a B2B, technology-focused environment, marketing or educational setting β€’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
