β’ The Business Development Representative (BDR) will assist the team in all sales-related functions focused on lead generation, lead nurturing, and lead qualification. β’ The BDR will need to have a strong understanding of SRG, SRG's value proposition, its competitors, and its services. β’ The BDR will work with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and support various initiatives. β’ This role requires a high level of independent work, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory) β’ Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is a plus β’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal β’ Ability to understand hard concepts and pair them down into easy-to-understand concepts β’ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals β’ Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment remotely β’ Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools - specifically Salesforce β’ Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment β’ Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges β’ Self-motivated and proactive approach to lead generation and relationship-building β’ Proven experience in event planning and coordination and/or content creation and management, preferably in a B2B, technology-focused environment, marketing or educational setting β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
