Description

• The Associate Product Manager plays a crucial role to build software and processes that drive our portfolio businesses forward. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet identified business requirements and fulfill user needs. • Translate high-level business needs into specific, actionable processes, breaking down complex problems into manageable tasks to drive projects forward. • Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients, creating user stories and process flows that effectively guide development and reduce project revisions. • Perform solution implementation and configuration with users in our portfolio, ensuring thorough testing and verification of solutions. • Develop and finalize comprehensive functional and technical documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and business requirements documentation. • Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility for project outcomes and overall success. • Utilize data and analytical thinking to inform decision-making and problem-solving. • Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of work, from documentation to solution implementation. • Anticipate potential issues and actively seek solutions before problems escalate. • Effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or a related field • 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-paced product management role • Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and apply new technologies or methodologies • Experience with business systems and/or enterprise software • Experience with software design, delivery, or implementation
