Requirements

•A college degree or equivalent experience in insurance products at employee benefits businesses •3-5 years experience working with employee benefits products and insurance •Exposure to the development of new insurance products, including contract optimization, regulatory filings, pricing and underwriting strategy, and administrative set up •Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders across organizations including product and engineering, actuarial, legal and compliance, operations, and revenue •Experience working in a customer-centric, product-focussed organization •Strong problem-solving skills and an agile mindset, enabling you to respond effectively to emerging challenges and opportunities •Strong critical thinking and communication skills
