Description

• Oversees the implementation of state insurance programs including rates, rules, and forms. • Accountable for delivering top line growth and bottom-line profitability across all distribution channels. • Leads a team ensuring work is aligned to department goals and monitors performance. • Maintains and grows relationships between NGIC Insurance and potential/current policyholders. • Communicates and coordinates efforts with various departments including IT, Sales, and Marketing. • Ensures compliance with regulations and owns state rate and rule manuals.

Requirements

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) for Motorcycles or Recreational Vehicles. • 3 years Product Management or 5 or more years of Pricing Analyst experience (Preferred). • Exposure to Motorcycle/ Recreational Vehicle insurance products (Preferred). • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
