📋 Description

• We’re Stack Builders, a US software consultancy based in New York, Quito, and Madrid. • We work together to deliver high-quality, pragmatic software solutions for our international client base. • We’re currently seeking an experienced AI Software Developer to join us! • This remote contractor role requires hands-on expertise with Amazon Bedrock, excellent communication skills, and a firm grasp of modern software development practices. • You will work directly with the client’s product and engineering teams to design, build, and scale AI-powered applications in the canine genetic testing industry. • IMPORTANT: To be considered for this position, please attach your English CV.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work as a contractor, preferably in Canada, Colombia, Brazil, or Argentina. • For US applicants, the ability to work as an independent contractor under an LLC, C-Corp, or S-Corp. • Bachelor’s Degree in a field relevant to the role. • 3+ years of experience in software development. • Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and proven ability to build and deploy applications using foundation models. • Strong development skills, preferably in Python, TypeScript, Node.js, React, or similar languages. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. • Time zone overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST). • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Nice-to-Have • Familiarity with AWS services beyond Bedrock (e.g., Lambda, S3, SageMaker). • Experience in prompt engineering or fine-tuning foundation models. • Experience in software consulting or client-facing development roles.
