• Proven experience in sales enablement, specifically leading a region (5+ years) • Expertise in building world-class training and development programs with measurable results • Experience in stakeholder management with VP+ strong industry knowledge • Strong communicator; enjoys working cross-functionally with various teams • Strong knowledge of existing enablement tools like Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Gong, etc • Self-starter who is comfortable vocalising insights and opinions • Excellent organisational and project management skills • Reliable, with a strong sense of urgency • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all you do and produce
