Description

• StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform specializing in multi-channel solutions. • We're seeking a Staff Engineer to lead our backend engineering team. • The Stats & Analytics team manages the end-to-end data lifecycle. • We tackle complex distributed system challenges focusing on scalability and data consistency. • Our tech stack includes Golang, TiDB, Redshift, Snowflake, Kafka, and Elasticsearch.

Requirements

• Experience with working with large datasets • Experience with real-time analytics services • Proven track record of delivering results and leading growing, high-impact teams • At least 5 years experience of software development in distributed systems, architecting scalable microservices and data pipelines in a successful high-growth technology company • At least 1 year of leadership experience, including all the responsibilities listed above • A strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms • Up to date knowledge and experience in the latest technologies, tools, and frameworks • Experience with Go and high performance databases is a plus
