• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth company. • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Lever) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers. • Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.Proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • A people-oriented professional who is approachable, empathetic, and customer-service driven.
