• StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform that specializes in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game, and digital out-of-home ads. • In this role you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. • You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, delivering high-quality candidates, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. • This position requires a proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional who can manage the full-cycle recruitment process. • This position is open to candidates in Canada.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth company. • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Lever) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers. • Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.Proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • A people-oriented professional who is approachable, empathetic, and customer-service driven.
