This spans across: Operations, Marketing, Finance, People Operations, Regulatory, and Commercial. • You will be embedded into the organization as a trusted recruitment partner, responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process across a variety of hiring needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ year track record in recruiting, preferably roles in a high-growth environment • Identify and articulate improvements in the hiring process to internal teams and stakeholders using targeted recruitment data • Work independently, biasing towards action to drive projects forward • Interest and passion for personal finance and how we might build simpler, more accessible services for everyone
