• 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer with broad technical knowledge. • At least 2 years in a leadership role, driving projects, managing deadlines, and mentoring teams. • Strong expertise in Python, with experience leading code reviews and promoting best practices. • Extensive experience with AWS, with a focus on scalability and security. • Deep experience working with data, data scraping, and integrating data. • Proven success working in early-stage startups (Series B or earlier). • Passion for AI-driven technologies and solving complex, real-world problems.
