📋 Description
• The Contracts Administrator & Estimator plays a pivotal role in both pre-construction and project delivery, managing accurate estimations, efficient contract administration, and effective communication with stakeholders. • This role offers an exciting opportunity to work autonomously while contributing directly to Ontrio Projects’ success. • For the right candidate, it provides a long-term position and pathway to grow into a leadership position, shaping the future of fitout delivery in an environment that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth. • Lead detailed estimation take-offs and create a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for materials and labour based on the provided interior architectural drawings. • Seek quotes from contractors and prepare a cost comparison for packaged works while maintaining an up-to-date cost database aligned to latest market pricing. • Assist in comparing quotes, negotiating, and awarding contracts to teams, monitoring project budgets, and supporting Site Manager.

• Proactive Problem-Solver: Able to anticipate challenges and take ownership to resolve them. • Detail-Focused: Exceptional attention to detail in interior architecture/fitout estimating, contract review, and budget management. • Excellent Communicator: Clear, professional, and timely communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. • Ambitious and Driven in our industry: Committed to growing into a leadership role within this industry and demonstrate that by presenting commitment to deliver aligned or beyond expectations. • Adaptable and Resilient: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces challenges as opportunities. • Previous experience in contracts administration and/or estimating within the construction or fitout industry. • Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications. • Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Planswift, and Procore). • Excellent organisational and time management skills. • Qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field (preferred)
