📋 Description
• The bookkeeping position is the hub for nearly all the financial and business transactions needed for proper submission to the accountant for filing. • Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process. • Reconciling sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month. • Monitoring financial transactions and reports. • Processing accounts receivable and payable. • Processing checks. • Understanding ledgers. • Working with an accountant when necessary. • Handling monthly payroll using accounting software, where applicable. • Generating reports using QuickBooks.
🎯 Requirements
• QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification, preferred. • Experience in full charge bookkeeping. • Experience in using QuickBooks, specifically QuickBooks Accountant and payroll (i.e. running payroll and reconciling accounts to reports). • Experience in recording payroll ad sales tax in an accounting software. • Microsoft office skills. • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. • QuickBooks experience with both desktop and online. • Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
