• Act as the first contact with leads by phone or email, being friendly and helpful • Collect important details from people who need assistance • Listen carefully and empathetically to understand what people need and figure out how the firm can help • Fill out legal forms if necessary • Guide people to the right places within the firm or elsewhere for help • Keep Records of customer interactions • Follow up with people to make sure they get help or see if they need more support • Assist with everyday tasks like booking appointments, managing schedules, and handling paperwork
• Bachelors degree • 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting or interpretation roles at contact centers • Experience managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner • Ability to manage calendars and set up meetings • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred • Legal background is advantageous • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and Spanish or Portuguese • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
