Description

• Manage all financial aspects of assigned projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking, from start to finish. • Prepare and review invoices, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and compliance with contract terms. • Collaborate with project teams and clients to verify billable hours, resolve billing issues, and maintain smooth financial operations. • Monitor project performance, provide financial reports, and deliver insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulations for revenue recognition and project finances. • Support month-end and year-end closing activities and maintain organized records for audits and reviews. • Serve as a liaison between project managers, finance teams, and clients, offering guidance on financial processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project accounting or a similar role • Strong understanding of project management principles and accounting standards • Proficiency in accounting software • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
