Description

• Data & Analytics Engineer IV designs and builds data systems that collect and organize data at scale • Develop patterns enabling data acquisition across disparate technologies • Organize and Prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling • Support ongoing data strategy work, deliver data models, and document data reference architectures • Planning end-to-end data structures for analysis and consumption • Identifying ways to improve data observability, reliability, efficiency, interoperability and quality • Builds Data pipelines for ETL/ELT processes • Build CI/CD pipelines for deploying sophisticated data pipelines and analytics programs • Applies data Privacy & security principles in daily work • Understands principles of Data Privacy, Security, data masking/anonymization, ACLs, access control

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering, architecture, and delivery experience in Data • 3+ years of experience in developing data models and analytical solutions • 5+ years Developing in Power BI and/or Microsoft fabric • 3+ years developing complex DAX queries • 3 + years developing in Databricks • Proficient working experience in Microsoft Azure • Skilled in developing data solutions using Python and Spark • Possesses project experience in developing NoSQL solutions • Good knowledge of metadata management, data modeling, and related tools (Erwin or ER Studio or others) • Can effectively present complex technical information to non-technical audiences and senior decision-makers • Ability to work in an Agile Team environment • Experience with Insurance data domains • Highly preferred: Experience building and deploying CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps • Exposure to REST APIs • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Graph methodologies and approaches
