β€’ Responsible for overseeing multiple strategic projects simultaneously β€’ Manage project scope, project planning, proper scheduling, resource tracking, and budgeting β€’ Risk, issue tracking, appropriate communication, escalation, status reporting, change management β€’ Use wide range of experience and knowledge around industry best practices to resolve complex issues β€’ Deliver strategic complex enterprise initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, and costs are controlled β€’ Ensure business benefits are realized within the terms of the business case β€’ Collaborate and support stakeholders directly with clear and concise communication

Requirements

β€’ High School diploma required β€’ College degree is highly preferred β€’ PMP, PgMP, Agile and/or Lean certification(s) highly recommended β€’ 8+ years of project management experience β€’ Proven delivery record of accomplishment β€’ Success in leading technical cross-organizational initiatives β€’ 8+ years managing vendors, project budget management and reporting β€’ Background in process architecture and analysis, systematic problem solving, business analysis, and organizational change management β€’ Strong experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Jira, and Excel β€’ Experience applying agile methods, Lean principles, and practices β€’ Ability to lead and influence peer groups at the executive level β€’ Collaborative working style with business unit stakeholders and external suppliers β€’ Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams β€’ Ability to adapt, apply flexibility, and to learn quickly in a dynamic environment β€’ Strong capability to work independently
