Description

• Responsible for overseeing multiple strategic projects simultaneously • Manage project scope, project planning, proper scheduling, resource tracking, and budgeting • Risk, issue tracking, appropriate communication, escalation, status reporting, change management • Use wide range of experience and knowledge around industry best practices to resolve complex issues • Deliver strategic complex enterprise initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, and costs are controlled • Ensure business benefits are realized within the terms of the business case • Collaborate and support stakeholders directly with clear and concise communication

Requirements

• High School diploma required • College degree is highly preferred • PMP, PgMP, Agile and/or Lean certification(s) highly recommended • 8+ years of project management experience • Proven delivery record of accomplishment • Success in leading technical cross-organizational initiatives • 8+ years managing vendors, project budget management and reporting • Background in process architecture and analysis, systematic problem solving, business analysis, and organizational change management • Strong experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Jira, and Excel • Experience applying agile methods, Lean principles, and practices • Ability to lead and influence peer groups at the executive level • Collaborative working style with business unit stakeholders and external suppliers • Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams • Ability to adapt, apply flexibility, and to learn quickly in a dynamic environment • Strong capability to work independently
