Description

• Responsible for planning and managing multiple projects of varying complexity, priority, and risk. • Focus on the design and development of business solutions for the needs of our employee benefits department. • Facilitate cross-functional and cross-organizational team members in a matrixed-managed environment. • Be responsible for project communications, project schedule, issue and risk tracking, and change management activities. • Apply business and technical knowledge to initiate corrective actions, as appropriate, to ensure that deliverables are produced on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Requirements

• At least three years of progressive experience as a business project manager providing complex, high-level support on organizational-wide initiatives. • In-depth knowledge of formal project management methodology and deliverables. • A strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies • Exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence others, analytical skills, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution expertise. • Experience working with senior leadership and executives for organizational-wide projects. • Ability to work independently and drive results.
