Description

• Oversee the adjudication and processing of supplemental insurance claims • Manage claims from intake through payment, ensuring accuracy • Provide exceptional customer service • Handle appeals and complaints • Manage complex claims • Develop claim management strategies • Train and mentor team members • Lead continuous improvement initiatives • Maintain effective communication with various stakeholders • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and ensure high-quality work

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 3+ years of experience in employee benefits or financial services • Proven experience in managing claims and working with claimants • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams) • Bachelor’s Degree in arts or sciences, business, or a related field (Preferred) • Experience with Supplemental Benefits and/or claims (Preferred) • Advanced knowledge of supplemental insurance products and complex claims management (Preferred) • Experience in training and mentoring team members (Preferred)
