Description

• Americans for Prosperity (AFP) is the premier grassroots organization focused on advocating solutions to the country’s greatest challenges. • As a Product Specialist on our Strategy and Innovation team at Americans for Prosperity, you will be primarily focused on providing technical support and guidance on i360 products and internal knowledge systems. • This includes customer support, documentation, managing bug reports, account creation, and platform administration.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer focus skills and ability to anticipate needs • Strong interpersonal skills and strong relationship-building skills • Drive to deepen your own knowledge and a focus on life-long learning • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with state and national staff, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Experience with volunteer and data tools like i360 • Experience in community activism and grassroots engagement • Experience with a CRM • Experience with Digital Web Pages
