• Develop a monthly social media content calendar that translates the brand’s identity, overall social media framework, and information derived from quarterly briefs into best-in-class social media content. • Manage a high-volume posting schedule in master content calendar and social media management tool. • Write effective creative briefs and work cross-functionally with our global creative studio to develop social content. • Lead social-first photo/video shoots and other content capture opportunities in partnership with global studio team to ensure social best practices and vision are consistently represented. • Capture and share content at key on-site events like trade shows and photoshoots, from time-to-time. • Be chronically on social. • Perform social listening for industry terms, brand terms, and trending topics, and flag meaningful opportunities for the brand to stand out within the broader social and digital landscape. • Anticipate and think strategically about upcoming social media needs for product launches, campaigns, events, and market changes. • Support planning, execution and management of brand ambassador programs and influencer campaigns. • Prepare and present reports on social media marketing efforts. • Moderate user-generated content and messages, as needed. • Stay ahead of social media tools, test and learn opportunities, best practices, competitive activity and other brands leading in the social media space. • Work with social care team to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met consistently. • Perform administrative tasks like budget management, purchase order management, managing content review and approval process with internal stakeholders, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in marketing or communication. • 2+ years of social media experience; Agency experience a plus. • Proven track record of guiding social media and influencer strategy, execution and reporting. • Organized, strategic, detail-oriented, analytical, and must be able to prioritize tasks. • Well-versed in the nuances and technical capabilities of social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, and Pinterest (as well as emerging platforms and other digital forums). • Keen eye for great content - you can quickly identify what content is meaningful, appropriate and useful for a situation, consumer segment, platform, etc. • Creativity and passion for social media and influencer marketing. • Knowledge of social media monitoring tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout, CreatorIQ, AspireIQ, etc.) • Estimated Travel – 10-15%.
