📋 Description
• Lead domestic product engineering and global quality management for private brands team. • Act as executive sponsor for Staples' 3rd party audit and inspection service providers. • Provide leadership to domestic sourcing team and oversee product cost negotiations. • Develop relationships with merchandising and inventory organizations. • Specify performance and compliance testing requirements. • Investigate and implement product improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of relevant experience in quality, regulatory compliance, product safety, product development and/or product manufacturing • Experience sourcing and developing products. • Strong understanding of product manufacturing • Experience working at a product testing, inspection, and audit organization. • Experience working in a retail / delivery environment. • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
