β€’ Develop and drive go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature updates across key market segments. β€’ Define and articulate value propositions that resonate with target audiences, addressing their specific needs and challenges. β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and customer engagement plans. β€’ Manage launch timelines, ensuring clear communication and successful delivery across teams. β€’ Create, maintain, and enhance Sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, competitive analyses, objection-handling guides, FAQs, and more. β€’ Deliver training and resources to equip Sales teams with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively communicate the value of StarRez solutions. β€’ Conduct ongoing market research to inform and refine product positioning and messaging strategies.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment β€’ Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into concise, compelling, and tailored narratives β€’ Proven experience in launching new products and driving end-to-end campaigns β€’ Analytical mindset with a history of leveraging data to develop, refine, and measure strategic initiatives β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering high-impact content and presentations β€’ Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across a global business
