Description

• Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion: Understand and define users' problems and craft design solutions. • Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system: Collaborate with engineers to evolve our component library. • Conduct thorough user and market research: Lead user research sessions, run competitive analyses, and gather data to inform design decisions. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: Work alongside leadership, product, engineering, and customer teams to create informed solutions. • Contribute to a positive design culture: Participate in design critiques and mentor less experienced team members.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a startup environment. • Proficiency with all Figma products. (Designing / Prototyping / Figjam / Organizing) • Demonstrated ability to manage and improve design systems. • Strong research skills: experience with user studies, data analytics, and market analysis. • Proven experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to implement responsive, pixel-perfect UIs. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate design challenges and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to balance creative vision with business and user needs.
