β€’ Handling inbound and outbound calls regarding insurance, financial assistance, and processing payments β€’ Resolving general questions and payment-related inquiries β€’ Adherence to client-specific protocols and the law

Requirements

β€’ 1+ years’ experience working in Call Center of Customer Service function where contact with the public was a part of daily duties β€’ Knowledge/experience of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or healthcare administration preferred β€’ Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment β€’ Strong organization skills. The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously β€’ Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling and assignments, to include regular evening and Saturday work as the business requires β€’ Ability to work successfully and cooperatively within a team-based environment β€’ Bilingual candidates will provide additional support for bilingual calls
