β€’ Implement effective and efficient campaign tracking and analytics capabilities to inform decision-making β€’ Manage and Track budget for key functions including processing and vendor setup β€’ Develop operational processes for the marketing operations function and implement processes for handling new projects and requests including a process for how decisions are made between creative and marketing; process for prioritizing initiatives, process for how something moves and progresses from start to finish β€’ Manage technical aspects and vendor relationships for key StatusPRO marketing systems + software (website, CRM, Platforms) and serve as bridge between developers and the marketing team β€’ Maintain a clean database and ensure full compliance with security and privacy requirements for data β€’ Manage live marketing calendar β€’ Develop department meeting schedule

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience β€’ 5-7+ years experience across marketing, operations, or strategy β€’ Proven experience establishing marketing and/or operations processes with maximum efficiency β€’ Understanding of the Marketing function and its core competencies β€’ Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply β€’ Success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives under tight deadlines β€’ Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and effectively balancing between analyzing and executing β€’ Skills in balancing attention to detail with big-picture strategic thinking
