Description

β€’ Responsible for day-to-day support, maintenance, and improvement of CRM and technology. β€’ Serve as a delegated system administrator for Salesforce environment supporting 650+ users. β€’ Handle administrative functions including user maintenance, report generation, and routine tasks. β€’ Assist users with daily inquiries, system bugs, and data discrepancies. β€’ Gather requests for improvements and support implementation of new features. β€’ Assist sales & marketing teams with CRM reports and data management. β€’ Maintain audits to keep data clean and accurate for reporting. β€’ Partner with sales ops for reporting, data cleansing, and uploads.

Requirements

β€’ Salesforce.com (or equivalent CRM) power-user/admin experience +2 years β€’ Demonstrable excel power user skillset, including but not limited to v/x/hlookup, iserror(), isnumber(), textjoin(), and other logic and mathematical functions. β€’ Demonstrable excel & CRM familiarity with pivot tables and other similar visual reporting tools to display/reconcile large amounts of data. β€’ Strong ability to meet deadlines and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests. β€’ Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. β€’ Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization. β€’ Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts. β€’ Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems. β€’ College degree or equivalent relevant work experience required. β€’ One to two years of experience as a CRM administrator or data specialist preferred. β€’ A documented history of successful project completion. β€’ A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex processes. β€’ A strong MS Excel background and skillset. β€’ A strong understanding of the Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) platform preferred, with the ability to build new/understand existing reports, assist other users as a delegated administrator, and manage data records with a high degree of focus and accuracy. β€’ Highly intelligent and able to quickly pick up and learn new software platforms and applications, as well as a high amount of interest in marketing technology and affinity for sales data.
