• Steel Point Solutions is seeking a forward-thinking Program Manager to lead and drive the success of multiple projects within our organization. • In this role, you will play a pivotal role in strategic management, ensuring alignment with objectives while maintaining high standards of quality, schedule adherence, and budget control. • Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in achieving program objectives. • If you're passionate about leveraging technology to drive organizational success and are committed to excellence in program management, we want you on our team. • Develop and communicate the short and long-term vision and strategy for assigned programs, aligning with organizational objectives. • Provide day-to-day direction to program teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards, schedule, and budget requirements. • Effectively manage communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements and expectations. • Offer technical and analytic guidance to program teams, fostering innovation and problem-solving. • Serve as the principal representative to government stakeholders, providing regular status updates and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. • Manage program budgets, control expenses, and report on financial performance, ensuring optimal resource allocation and risk management. • Identify and champion new approaches to business operations and user adoption, driving organic growth and continuous improvement. • Implement recommendations on tracking and sustained engagement, utilizing an implementation dashboard to support KPI and value tracking. • Provide support for initiative implementation, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with program objectives. • Support and participate in internal activities, including training programs, to foster team development and enhance technical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline • 7+ years of experience in program management, with a track record of successful project delivery. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. • Expertise in budget management, risk analysis, and stakeholder engagement. • Certification in project management (PMP, PgMP) is a requirement. • Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related discipline • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive innovation and growth.
