Description

• Optimize analysts' interactions with BI systems and develop advanced BI solutions. • Responsible for creating impactful dashboards, improving existing BI processes, and driving adoption of best practices across the organization. • Identify and document hypotheses for optimizing BI systems within the company. • Collaborate with stakeholders on BI systems and solutions. • Develop and promote best practices for reports and dashboards, including self-service approaches. • Create reports and dashboards tailored to business needs. • Enhance and refine reports and dashboards created by analysts. • Generate proposals to improve the overall use of BI within the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar role. • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Python. • Hands-on experience with databases such as S3, PostgreSQL, or equivalents. • Strong skills and extensive experience with BI systems like Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, or similar tools. • Analytical mindset with strong critical and systematic thinking skills. • Ability to independently solve problems and proactively propose solutions. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Advanced project management skills, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently. • Nice to have: Experience with cloud-based analytics solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
