• We are a rapidly growing company at the forefront of innovation in the EdTech industry. • Looking for a Data Analyst to analyze customer inquiries to optimize processes and improve customer care operations. • Work closely with stakeholders, create insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance customer experience. • Responsibilities include identifying and documenting hypotheses, collaborating on analytics, sourcing data, developing reports, conducting analysis, and generating recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. • Strong SQL skills. • Experience with data analysis in Python. • Familiarity with metrics and data related to customer care. • Experience working with databases such as S3, PostgreSQL, or similar. • Proficiency with marketing/product analytics tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. • Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalents. • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies. • Analytical mindset with strong critical and systematic thinking skills. • Ability to independently solve problems and proactively propose solutions. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Advanced project management skills, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently. • Nice to have: Experience with cloud-based analytics solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Hands-on experience with advanced customer inquiry analysis, including techniques like regex, NLP, and others.
