Description

• The Staff Full Stack Developer will report to the Engineering Leadership team and take a leading role in driving the technical direction, implementation of new features, and system rearchitecting efforts to support scalability in a rapidly growing business. • This role requires a high degree of ownership over the technical landscape, influencing architectural decisions, and mentoring other developers. • As a senior technical leader, you’ll be expected to proactively shape product development by translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance improvements. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance on best practices, cloud architecture, and technical problem-solving while continually striving for innovation and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience. • 7+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on both frontend and backend technologies. • Proficiency in one or more of the following: Ruby on Rails, .NET, F#, Node.js, TypeScript, ReactJS, JavaScript/HTML/CSS. • Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams. • Deep understanding of MVC architecture and experience building scalable systems. • Strong familiarity with DevOps practices (IoC, Containers, CI/CD). • Extensive experience with relational databases and SQL. • Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, GitLab). • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
